At Pakistan Dental Association (PDA), we are committed to providing transparency and fairness regarding refunds and cancellations for all services, events, and memberships.


1. General Policy

  • All registrations, bookings, or purchases made through pda.org.pk are considered final unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific terms outlined below.

2. Event Registrations

  • Cancellations by Attendee:
    • Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to info@pda.org.pk.
    • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the request:
      • More than 15 days before the event: Full refund (minus any applicable administrative fees)
      • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
      • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund
  • Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another participant with prior approval from PDA.

3. Membership Fees

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of error or overpayment.
  • Membership cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@pda.org.pk.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Event or Service Cancellation by PDA

  • In rare cases, PDA may cancel an event or service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, registered participants will be offered:
    • A full refund of the registration fee or
    • Credit toward a future event or service at PDA’s discretion
